Can’t believe a year has passed by so fast and our Moshy Moshy is already one. We had a relatively small birthday party with our closest family members and friends.
We chose “My very little mermaid” theme, because Nina is our water baby. She was born in the water and it was very special moment in our lives. Plus she loves water and with the beautiful summer weather why not.
First she needed to have the right outfits. Therefore I choose a bathing suit for her to play in the pool, slides and water table. Later I changed her into a tutu outfit.
We had a custom chalkboard made, which was very nice for pictures.
She really enjoyed her time in the pool and playing with her sisters, cousins and friends.
For food we had a taco bar that everybody loved and was so easy to put together. For drinks we had mango mimosas, that were very refreshing and a hit with the moms 😉 When cake time came, I had a small cake for Nina to blow her candles and cupcakes for everyone. I made the cake topper, super easy banner with her name.
Because we had to have a piñata, I made a number one with the party colors.
Kids were happy with all the surprises they found and each one got to take home an ice cream bowl as their favor. Of course I forgot to take a picture of it, but they were super cute. =D
All in all, it was a great day for our very little mermaid.
