One of our favorite breakfasts! Packed with super nutrients and delicious!

Ingredients:
( 3 servings)
- 1/4 c of quinoa (rinsed)
- 1 apple (diced)
- 3-4 c almond milk
- cinnamon powder
- 1/2+ of brown rice hot cereal
- 3 tsp of chia seeds
- 3 tsp of raw honey
- 1.5 c berries
Instructions:
In medium sauce pan combine quinoa, apple and 3 cups of almond milk.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until quinoa has started to soften.
Add brown rice hot cereal and let cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Divide in 3 plates and add some almond milk to desire consistency.
Mix in chia seeds and raw honey.
Top with berries of your choice (we love strawberries and blueberries)
