Who doesn’t like a delicious chocolate chip oatmeal cookie? Even better if it’s healthy!
My girls love making them and even more eating them!

Here our recipe to our “Very Healthy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie”…
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1.5 cups oat brand
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
**Extra mix-in ideas: raisins, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, chopped banana chips, cacao nibs or shredded coconut.
Directions:
- In a large bowl mash the bananas and stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
- Mix in peanut butter and chia seeds.
- Add the oat bran and finally the chocolate chips mixing everything well.
- With your hands form medium size balls, then press lightly while keeping dough together tightly.
- Bake at 350° for 12-15mins, until the edges start to brown.
