With the new school year around the corner, soon I’ll be preparing lunches for three little girls. They will be reusing their lunch bags from last year and before I start with a menu calendar, I have to make sure I have everything I need.

1.Stainless Steel Containers & Separators

I love our stainless steel containers! The set comes with tree of them and I use the mid-size one for lunch and the small one for snack time. To help me separate certain foods and make it fun, I use colorful silicone baking cups.

2. Thermo Food Jar

When girls ask for pasta or soup, I use a stainless steel food jar to keep their food warm. I haven’t had one complain yet.

3. Water Bottles

When my girls and I saw the Skip Hop water bottles, we felt in love with their cute designs. Best part is they are toxic free, light weight and brings a second straw set in case it needs to be replaced.

4. Snack time

Aside from their lunch bag, I send my girls a separate afternoon snack bag. I use the small stainless steel container from above, when I send fruits or cheese. Otherwise I use reusable snack bags for crackers, popcorn or pretzels.

5. Antibacterial Hand Wipes

This school year, I will be sending Wet Ones hand wipes. I chose the single packets instead of the travel pouch because I am afraid girls will use them mindlessly.

These are my must haves and I’ll be using my Name Bubble labels on most of them to make sure we do not lose anything.
