Because every super human needs a super food… Today I bring to you chia seeds!

Did you know that three tablespoons of these powerful seeds can provide you with 15 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein? Also it can give us 18% of iron, 25% of calcium and 34% of magnesium from our daily value. Aren’t they pure power?

Also they are high in omega-3s and antioxidants, so they are great to fight cholesterol and triglycerides. Furthermore they can help us prevent heart attacks and strokes among many other diseases.

The best part is that you can use them in different ways. I use them in oatmeal, juices, smoothies, muffins, bread and cookies but in reality there is a variety of recipes where you can use them.

Today I have a super easy and delicious recipe. Chia Pudding!
