Tire of your old ham and cheese sandwich? Then try this easy quesadilla that will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients:

- Corn tortillas
- Cheese (I use mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese)
- Uncured ham
- Corn kernel
- Black bean hummus (the one I got was a bit spicy, you may also use regular hummus)
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
- Place a corn tortilla on pan.
- Add cheese first, then corn and ham.
- Spread black bean hummus on a tortilla and place on top.
- Flip quesadilla and wait for a minute or two. Both sides should be slightly brown.
- Salsa and guacamole go perfect with it.
